About Me
Being discouraged from pursuing the arts as a career growing up I thought I was going to be an engineer or a carpenter. I took a risk and joined theatre in high school where I found a creative medium that moved people and brought awareness to difficult topics. This medium created a community and family I never knew I needed. I am finishing my degree at Virginia Commonwealth University. Schooling has shown me my flaws, how to grow discipline, and learned that if I put my mind to it I can do it. I have done theatre, shorts films, and improv in the Richmond community. Once I graduate I will be relocating to the New York area to continue pursuing tv and film.
I am currently working on a solo show under the tutelage of Dr. Tawnya Pettiford- Wates and podcast “Cue the Ramen” with the wonderful Simon Skinner more info coming soon!
